“Absolutely avoid at all costs this company, they are not well-intended people, they demand that you deliver your passport and the scooters do not have a minimum of safety and quality that is required to be able to drive in Tulum roads without being injured. Me and my girlfriend rented a scooter for one day. We left the hotel and 300 meters afterwards the tire got destroyed but fortunately I was able to hold the bike without falling, it could have been much worse. I know that if they reply they are going to say that flat tires are charged to the customer and I am not arguing with that.…”
